Rise and shine yogis! Have you ever thought how good it would feel to get up early and do some yoga? Tim's mini classes include some centering and pranayama, warm up into some active poses, and a short savasana/relaxation - the perfect way to start your day, One Stable Yoga credit (or drop-in fee) will get you both sessions in the week, so sign up for Tuesday OR Thursday and attend the other half hour session free of charge. If unable to attend either or both in person, Tim will send you a recording to do in your own time, but make sure your name's on one of the days so he has your contact details!
