PROTOCOLS REGARDING COVID-19
When Covid guidelines allow us to teach in person, we offer hybrid classes (i.e. on site and simultaneously live-streamed). When you book using the website or Glofox app for a class, you'll find each one listed twice: On Site and Online. Make sure you book into the one you want. If you've chosen Online, you'll be sent the Zoom link in a confirmation email as soon as you book (check your Spam/Junk if it hasn't arrived!) If a lockdown is in place, we will teach all classes via Zoom only.
If coming to the studio, please bring your own mat, blocks/books, blanket/cushions, strap, eye bag, etc. Sticky tape on the floor will show you where to put the corners of your mat to maintain the required distance between you and everyone else. If you forget to bring an item of kit, you may borrow sanitised Stable Yoga kit from the cupboards, but please use the wipes/disinfectant spray provided to clean it thoroughly after class. You may want to bring a spare towel from home so you can, for example, wrap a borrowed bolster before use? Please also bring your own water bottle.
Needless to say, if you or anyone you've been in close contact with has shown Covid-19 symptoms, or you have recently visited a country requiring quarantine on your return, please don't come until you've self-isolated for 14 days.

Class Fees:
Students wishing to attend regularly can use a credit/debit card to purchase a 'membership' of classes, i.e. batches of 10 or 12, (20, 24, 30 or 36), depending on whether they plan to attend once or more per week. These are calculated at a rate of £9 per class if buying a 'membership' of 10 or 12 class credits, £8 per class if buying 20 or more.
Batches of 10 classes have an expiration date of 3 months, batches of 12 or more have an expiration of 4 months from the date of purchase.
Those who have purchased a 'membership' bundle of class credits can book themselves into whichever classes they wish to attend each week - they don't all have to be at the same time or with the same teacher. We strongly recommend prompt booking of all your sessions for a term, especially if there is a particular class (or particular classes) you are only able to attend. If you then realise you are going to miss a class, as long as you cancel your booking within 2 hours of its start time, that class credit will be returned to your account for use on another session at any point and with any teacher before your batch expires.
Without a valid medical reason, we cannot provide refunds for unused class credits by the time they expire, but please contact Lucy ([email protected]) if circumstances beyond your control mean your credits look like they're going to expire before you've been able to use them up.
Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis and spaces are limited to 9 per class in person, with a further 16 spaces online. If a class is full, you can opt to have your name put on the waiting list for a slot and (as long as you have clicked "Allow" to the Notifications request when setting up the App) will be contacted automatically on your phone if another student cancels. If you've booked through the website, you will need to log back in and check your status nearer the time/on the day of the class. You may find yourself with a space just a few hours before the class starts, but can cancel back out again (giving 2+ hours' notice) if you can no longer make it.
One-off, "drop-in" students are welcome at £12 per class - this includes newcomers, although their first £12 class will be refunded if they go on to purchase a 'membership' of class credits at a lower rate, and a credit deducted instead. While we are being extra careful about Covid-19 transmission, we ask you to please pay using a credit/debit card stored to your online registration. If you can only pay cash, please bring the exact amount so there is no need to handle change.
Before your first class, you will be asked to complete a STUDENT INFO & WAIVER FORM, detailing important personal and medical information required by your teacher(s). Blanks are available in the studio, but you may wish to complete it now and bring a copy with you.
