Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga allows time and space to feel more relaxed and calm, exploring gentle, pain-free ways to mobilise the body’s major joints. Further benefits include increased balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. This style of yoga is great for injury recovery. Neeta’s friendly, informal sessions begin with a few minutes of mindfulness, followed by simple, easy-to-follow movements and end with a soothing guided relaxation sequence.

To simplify bookings for students less familiar with using an App, classes can be purchased in batches of 5 for £45 and payment can be made by cash or cheque at your first class, or by BACS transfer to Stable Yoga, 40-34-12, 91672061.
