  • All classes incorporate a mixture of warm-up, postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation/meditation.  Click on each class title for further details on each style.
  • A few 'holiday sessions' are taught between the official term times - those classes appear on the calendar just before each holiday period begins, once all the teachers know their movements.
  • All students of all levels are welcome in all classes.
  • If you are new to yoga, or just new to the Stable Yoga teachers, please make sure you email or post a new Student Info & Waiver Form before your first session online or in person.  Your teacher may want to call you to go over any physical issues on that form before you start.
  • We operate an on-line booking system that you can access here or via the free Glofox App loaded onto your smart phone or tablet.
  • See Fees, Payment Methods and T’s & C’s for more information, and go to the Online Booking page.
