Flow Yoga

With a teaching qualification in Vinyasa/flow Yoga, Yvonne’s sessions begin with gentle, meditative attention on the breath to increase awareness and concentration. A sequence of flowing postures then follows, including various standing and floor-based positions, working with an arc of energy during the practice that is building up gently to more challenging postures then gliding down into a lovely savasana (with shoulder massage, time permitting!)
