Post-Natal Stretch, Walk and Talk

Developed during the pandemic, Pregnancy Yoga teacher Sophie has organised this weekly get-together in Hungerford for new mums (accompanied by their babies and toddlers) to stretch, get some fresh air, walk and talk.  Friends with babies/toddlers and pregnant ladies post 12 weeks are very welcome to attend on a regular or one-off basis.  Meeting at the play-park adjacent to Hungerford Football Club (RG17 0AY) at 10.15am, look out for Sophie and her son: she'll be wearing a red waterproof and has a three-wheeled red running buggy.  A 10-20 minute yogic stretch will start proceedings, followed by a play for the toddlers in the playground.  At 11am you'll start a 20 minute walk across the common and onto Station Rd, finishing at the Town Hall, with plenty of opportunity to chat along the way.  Sophie says, "I offer feeding support for mums and families however you feed your baby(ies) so please approach me while we're walking or at the café and we can talk about how to support your feeding choices best.  I also offer support after traumatic birth experiences too, we can discuss this if you wish."  Pre-booking essential due to Covid requirements and you will be sent confirmation of your booking and all relevant information the evening before.  Any questions? Please call Sophie on 07445 555663.
